Refund and Returns Policy

Lash & Brow Services

• All lash and brow services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you experience any issues with your lashes or brows, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

• Concerns reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for assessment or correction.

• Any concerns must be communicated with clear photos and details so we can properly review the issue.

Training Courses

• All lash and brow training courses are non-refundable.

• Due to the nature of digital, in-person, and educational content, refunds will not be issued once a course has been purchased or accessed.

• Ongoing 1:1 support and guidance is provided after the course to assist students with any questions or additional help they may need.
